Units in exellent condition. Having a shower, a drier, and towels was a bonus. Central location was a plus.

It had horribly hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

By and large, it was good home base for sightseeing in Pigeon Forge, had much fun. Location: the hotel was near attractions and restaurants and pigeon forge. I loved my stay and would recomand this property.

The room had a nice vibe, it felt cozy and inviting. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of soft towels, which always makes a stay better. The peace in the mountains added to the whole experience, reminding me of quiet nights by the fire.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired; it felt a bit too basic.

The staff is very friendly, the view is spectacular, it is very quiet and no noise you can rest without being disturbed by those next door, the small viewpoint I love, there are many parking ..,

No Coke machines, very small room, the breakfast room is very small and you couldn't walk, a little bit dirty,

    It was close to town.

I didnt like the fact that I was told one price from Booked.net and had to pay a different price when I got there. I think Booked.net should include the tax prices to so its not a surprise when you get to the hotel and have to pay a larger amount than what you had budgeted for. I had to pay over 40 dollars extra for taxes that I didnt know about. We had stayed in another hotel on the way down to pigeon forge and used Booked.net to rent the room and that was the price we paid when we got there it wasnt unexpected. Will I ever use Booked.net again probally not because 40 dollars means alot in my world and then to get there and see hotels that was better than the one I stayed in for less I wasnt pleased but o well its over now.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel. the mirrors throughout the room made it feel bright and spacious, which was such a lovely touch! the staff, being quite accommodating, made it easy for me to navigate the facility with my mobility needs.

A waffle maker at breakfast would make it perfect for us seniors!

Wi Fi did not work the whole weekend in my room. Everytime I asked they would say "we will reset the modem"
